Why can't I place order without 48 hours prior notice?
Every bread has unique requirements and quality which requires time. That’s why we need 48 hour’s notice-to ensure proper fermentation, proofing and and handcrafted preparation . We always bake fresh and never freeze our breads, so each loaf is delivered at it’s best-flavourful,airy and perfectly textured.
What products do you offer?
We specialize in a variety of high-quality Indian bread items, including kulcha, maska bun and other freshly baked goods.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?
Yes, we accept custom and bulk orders for events, parties, or businesses. Please contact us at info@breadstaple.co.au or call 0452 536 711 to discuss your requirements.
How fresh are your products?
All our products are made fresh daily using high-quality ingredients. We ensure the freshness of our items by baking them to order.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
Can I get same day delivery?
No,Your orders will be delivered on your designated days only
What should be minimun order value for products to be delivered?
Mimium $100 should be your cart value for delivered.
Why It Does Not Show Price?
We are a wholesaler specializing in B2B services. This website is designed for our existing customers who already have accounts with us and are familiar with our pricing. It serves as an informational resource only.
Pricing & Orders Prices vary based on order frequency and quantity. We also welcome retail orders. Once an order is placed, a team member will reach out to confirm the details and provide pricing information via message or email.
Can I get eggless croissants and pastries?
Yes. Our croissants and other pastries are eggless with better taste .
Are your products made-to-order?
They certainly are. That is the one of the reason we ask for 2 days notice. So we can
provide you freshly baked products.
What are the delivery terms and conditions for orders?
Orders are subject to minimum delivery requirements. Orders received that do not reach the minimum delivery requirements may not be dispatched. Deliveries must be made through the front door for security reasons. Deliveries received any other way are subject to prior approval.Deliveries occurs on designated days only. Exact delivery times can not be guaranteed. Where a key is not provided, deliveries will be left outside and are subject to the elements. Orders that are delivered outside are not eligible for any credits should the
need arise
What is your refund policiy?
Refunds are not provided to active accounts. Any overpayments made will be allocated to youraccount and sit as an active credit. If closing your account, please apply via email to have anyactive credit refunded, including the details: contact details ( full name, business name, phone number, postal address and email)account name, account number, BSB, date payment was made, amount to be refunded and proof of payment (eg. copy of bank statement)
How should I notify Bread Staple of a bank transfer payment, and what are the consequences of not sending remittance advice?
Please email remittance for all bank transfers to info@breadstaple.com.au. Include your invoice number so that payments can be easily applied. If remittance is not received, payments will be applied to the oldest invoices first. Unallocated payments are listed on yourstatement when not applied to any invoices.
How are invoices and payments handled for deliveries, and what happens if an invoice is not cleared?
Invoices are created weekly for each delivery. A mini-statement will be issued monthlyto give you the option to pay a weekly sum, rather than each individual invoice. Monthly statement reminders are issued on the 1st of each month. If last invoice is not cleared ,it may affect your delivery.
What are your account terms?
Bread Staple provides trading accounts on 7 day terms.
How can I place an order?
We prepare high-quality bakery products and take time to perfect them. As such, werequire two days’ notice for all orders. All orders and amendments must be received before 3 pm two business days before delivery.No further alterations can be made after this cut-off time.
Place your order via info@breadstaple.com.au any time of the day or night. Standard waiting periods apply. Items should be ordered using their Item name and description. Avoid generic termslike ‘burger bun’. It should be clear and understandable so that the Customer Service team can confirm which products you require; otherwise, subsequent deliverycan be delayed.

What are standing orders and how can I set or amend them for my bread deliveries?
Standing orders are orders set in our system for each of your main trading days and are highly encouraged, as they ensure your kitchen never runs out of bread. Standing orders take the hassle out of ordering daily and can be amended simply and quickly by sending an email to info@breadstaple.com.au or 0452536711 (only message)
